The location was ideal, close to Coffs Beach and Park Beach. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. the pool and Jacuzzi area was a definite highlight, especially for the kids. the staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help us with a small issue.

The BBQ area could be cleaner and better maintained. the overall decor of the rooms was outdated and could use some refreshing.

We arrived to a hostile and frosty reception-to the point that I said I'd be happy to get a refund and leave to be told 'bad luck you've paid'! After finally getting the key and asking for restaurant suggestions (the restaurant at the 'resort' is closed - looks like it has been for a long time) we were greeted by a room overlooking a drain, that was far from clean. (We kept socks on as the carpet was filthy) We agreed that we only have to stay the night and leave the next day so we stayed.I Have photos as proof of all mentioned above. This is a very tired place, and despite the $$ value, we have stayed at much cleaner and friendlier places for the same or less $$ ... couldn't wait to leave in the morning.

The accommodation was a good value for those keeping budget, with nice gardens and a refreshing pool. the renovated 2 bedroom bure was clean and had comfortable beds. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant offered moderately priced meals. Guests also enjoyed a swim early in the morning.

Not all the rooms were updated, some featuring older style decor, and the reception was unmanned during the check-in process.

Location was great although you would want to make sure you have a car if you are going to the city. Management was fantastic and very helpful, even going so far as to post back an item we had forgotten in the hotel. Really couldn't have asked for better.

It was a little cold in the place but we did visit in the winter.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the spacious Executive Spa Family rooms were perfect for our needs. The clean bathrooms and well-equipped kitchenette made our stay comfortable and convenient. Additionally, the outside pool and Jacuzzi were a fantastic feature that our kids absolutely loved. We couldn't have asked for a better location, with the hotel being very close to the main Coffs Beach and Park Beach. Lastly, we were very impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the reception staff, particularly when we accidentally left our keys inside the room.

All was fine and met our needs perfectly.

I recently stayed at a cozy apartment in this hotel with my family and it was a great experience. The room had everything we needed, including a good air conditioning system to combat the humid weather. The convenience of having the laundry close by was a plus point. The pool and spa right in front of our room made it easy for us to relax and enjoy. The location was also ideal, with shops, attractions like the Big Banana, and the jetty just a short drive away. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

    Everything was more than okay.

Just passing though town had a great unwind at the pools followed by a lovely dinner on the deck of the restaurant. It was great not to have to go into town for a meal. Had a quiet nights sleep in a comfortable bed and we were ready to continue our travels.

The green surroundings of the resort were incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary appliances for self-catering. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and was only a short drive from key attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing us with excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to our standards, and there was evidence of mold/mildew in some areas. The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were lumpy.
